Kiwanis 20th Annual Pancake Breakfast held at the Port of Burlington, on Saturday, May 24th starting at 6:30am. This event is supported by close to 200 volunteers from the Kiwanis Club of Burlington, many sponsoring companies of products and services for the event and area employers who offer discounted tickets to their employees. In 2007 Kiwanis supported over 30 organizations and projects of local youth of Des Moines County with the $24,000 raised from this fund raiser. And in addition to being a great fund raiser for our youth, it is a great event that our community looks forward to every year.
